Do You Step?

Earlier this week, Erin cracked us up with her woefully honest step-class tale. As someone who is also relatively uncoordinated when it comes to moving anything but my own two feet (and even that proves challenging at times), I feel her step pain. I know step class is a great workout, but I just can’t get it. But, I know there are some die-hard step fans out there. I see them excitedly lined up for the step class at my YMCA every Tuesday night. What about you? Where do you fall on the step class continuum?

None of the above. I do other forms of exercise like jog, stepmill, elliptical, treadmill hill walking & weights. I am just not a class person for now but never say never as I was in the way past!
I usually prefer a regimen comprised of weight lifting coupled with light cardio via running and kick boxing. Stepping sounds intense!!!
I love step class! Although I haven't reached my weightloss goals my thighs and legs are a lot more toned already. So when the fat comes off… watch out!!! lol. I always get lost several times during my favorite group classes, step and Zumba, but I just laugh at myself, keep moving, and jump back in when I can.
