And you ARE 100% qualified and your feelings were very valid. I am awake (not intentionally, never intentionally at THIS hour – 5:57am) wishing my laptop wasn’t up one flight of stairs away from me so I could write MY story, as well. I just got home from the hospital at 10pm, after spending the last 9 hours there losing our very much loved and wanted baby in an eptopic pregnancy. The pain and urgency to pee frequently are both making it difficult to stay asleep for more than an hour or two at a time on the couch here, reclined next to my amazing husband, as are the thoughts of “what if”. However non-viable this pregnancy was, this was our baby and very much desired. We found out we were pregnant on Christmas morning, an extra element of excitement and jubilee our other three children and we shared in on our savior’s celebration day. I find solace in my faith, though, and am certain that we will see this baby again one day in heaven. Thank you so much for sharing your story for me to come across on this quiet and bittersweet morning. I will post my entire story in the next few days/coming weeks as part of my recovery journey if you want to keep watch on my blog.
