The workouts are a little shorter than what I expected, but still good. I’m thinking to join it with another program.

Hi Sharon,

You might want to start with something even gentler and super low-impact like the recumbent bike or swimming for a few months. Once that’s feeling good, you could try some basic Pilates and yoga moves, and if that feels good and your doc says it’s okay, try PiYo.

You can do it, girl! 🙂

I really want to get into shape and lose this weight! In your opinion, would this be something I could do? I am totally out of shape and also 40 lbs overweight . I am 60 years old and the last time I worked out was over 10 years ago.

I read a lot of good stuff but the writer glossed over the not as good. I ask because I notice the “meet expectations” got a 3 out of 5 stars. Thanks.
