They think only efforts and hard work will lead to a good lifestyle, but they do not know small changes can bring a big impact in life. Exercising daily, having healthy food, and taking good care of your health will help a lot. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. I should suggest everyone to have regular routine health check-ups from specialists and consult experts for a healthy lifestyle. You should always prefer the best laboratories for checkups which have advanced technologies and the latest machines.

And you are absolutely right, fitness needs to be fun, otherwise why would we want to do it consistently? Thanks for your insights here.

I’ve given up New Year’s resolutions in favor of seasonal bucket lists. My winter health and fitness goals are to sign up for a 10K or half-marathon, four weeks of clean-ish eating, and yoga once a week. Signing up for the race brings me a sense of excitement. Cutting back on the sweets to one small portion a day will be the most difficult. Happy 2019 to you!
