Sometimes I think we’ve gone so far to the side of throwing off our guilt, we forget all feelings have a purpose and are worthy of feeling and processing. While wallowing in guilt can hold us back or keep us from caring for ourselves, acknowledging guilt and making life corrections like Randy is talking about here moves us forward and is the ultimate in self-care.
