I remember when my little nephew used to do it. I was babysitting him and was already aware that he was prone to it. Still being the only adult and being in charge scared me. But he was alright some time later and we were cuddling and laughing when my sister came back to pick him up. I told her I didn’t enjoy that part of baby sitting and she said hey you want the cuddles then deal with the breath holding spell too. Hmmm.
