Between doomscrolling on our cell phones and the daily grind, it’s as if we’ve been carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. And we’ve got the stiff necks and tension headaches to prove it.

Now, more than ever, it’s critical that we find little pockets of time and simple ways to unwind so we’re not carrying all the tension and stress into every interaction and experience in our lives.

Today, we’d like to help lighten your load so we’ll keep it keep it short and sweet. First, make sure you go vote (it’s important). Second, cue up this short video and unwind the boulder-sized knots in your neck and shoulders with these two simple moves designed to offer neck tension relief, soothe your tight, achy muscles, and hopefully do a little bit to ease your election hangover.
